Who we are

This website is run by Mark Lammiman, a sole trader trading as Nudge, 19 Ermine Street, Broughton, DN20 0AH. Mark Lammiman is the data controller for any personal information you send us. Contact: hello@thisisnudge.co.uk.

What we collect

• Information you choose to send by email, such as your name, business name, email address and what you'd like help with.
• Records of our work together, such as notes from calls and invoices.

This site does not use cookies or analytics of its own and has no sign-up form.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide services you've asked for, and keep business records. Our lawful basis is usually legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) or, once we work together, performing a contract. We keep financial records for as long as the law requires.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We may use trusted providers such as email and accounting services to run the business. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process technical data such as IP addresses when you visit. See GitHub's privacy statement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records of work done are kept for as long as needed for tax and legal reasons, normally six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us to do so. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
